I bought the P90X workout about 2 years ago and did the workouts for a while. I really liked the workouts because they are intense and pretty varied. My biggest problem has been trying to find a way to make the exercises a part of my routine while I'm traveling. I don't want to jump around early in the morning or late at night and bother the people below me in my hotel. So I pretty much modified my workouts to doing what the hotel had available in their fitness room. Some hotels have decent equipment, some have junk, and some have no fitness room. Over time, I was so busy with work, that I have recently not been exercising at all.

So I have just decided that I want to start the P90X program again. I'll try to modify it as little as possible, even with the constraints of being in a hotel much of the time. Eating right is probably going to be my biggest challenge. (I hate trying to eat healthy while traveling, it's so hard).
So, Monday, November 30, 2009 is day 1. I figure if I keep track of what I eat and how I exercises here on the blog, I'll do a better job at sticking with it this time. Incidentally, I'm not doing before and after pictures - I may do after pictures, but no-one wants to see before, trust me.
Food:3 cups orange juice
thick slice of ham
1 can low sodium V8
1 fiber one bar
32 oz G2 Gatorade
Workout:P90X: will complete in evening
Other: 3.3 miles on treadmill in 30 minutes
Weight: approx 230 lbs.
