As noted in my first P90X entry, I was hoping to do the Chest and Back workout in the evening on Day 1 (since that is the Day 1 workout). I had a pretty bad migrane after work though, so I had to modify the first week slightly. My run in the morning counted for day 1, and I'll shift he other workouts back one day - I'll skip Kenpo this week and trade it with the run.

Day 2

Chest and Back - I can tell that I'm a little out of practice, got a little more tired than expected doing this.
Ab Ripper X - OK, my flabby abs are completely out of shape, I couldn't even finish this workout, I got a little over half way and had to quit. I could barely sit up anymore. This is pathetic.
