Day 3

Plyometrics
- I love Plyo X! I completed the entire workout (minus one of the Rock-Star Hops series - I hate the Rock-Star Hops). The burn was great. I guess my legs and lungs are in much better shape than my abs and upper body. After finishing the workout I hit the treadmill. I wanted to run a mile in 8 minutes or less. After 2 minutes of a 7 minute mile pace, my jello legs pretty much put an end to that idea. I ended up running 1 mile in 9 minutes 15 seconds. Great way to start the day.
